What if a file ends up in the wrong folder?

When Tuck gets the category wrong

AI classification is accurate most of the time but not perfect. Here is what to do when a file lands in the wrong folder.

Option 1 — Move it manually in Google Drive

Since your files are in your own Google Drive, you can simply drag them to the correct folder at any time. Tuck does not lock or watch files after they are filed.

  1. Open Google Drive
  2. Find the file in the wrong folder under Tuck/
  3. Drag it to the correct folder, or right-click → Move to

Option 2 — Re-upload the file

If you want Tuck to try again:

  1. Delete the incorrectly filed version from Google Drive
  2. Go back to Tuck and upload the file again

Sometimes adding a clearer file name (e.g. tax-return-2024.pdf instead of scan001.pdf) helps the AI pick the right category on the next attempt.
