What happens when I reach the 10-file limit?

When you hit the free plan limit

The free plan lets you organize up to 10 files. Once you reach that limit, Tuck will stop processing new uploads until you upgrade.

What happens exactly

  • Files you upload after reaching the limit will sit in your Inbox unprocessed
  • Your already-organized files in Google Drive are not affected — they stay exactly where they are
  • You will see a prompt in Tuck to upgrade to Pro

Your options

Option 1 — Upgrade to Pro

Pro gives you unlimited files, batch upload, and priority support for /month or /year.

Option 2 — Stay on the free plan

If 10 files is enough for your needs, you do not need to do anything. Your organized files remain in Google Drive and your account stays active indefinitely.

The free plan does not expire. Your 10 organized files and your Tuck account will remain available for as long as you want.

Does the limit reset?

No. The 10-file limit is a lifetime cap on the free plan, not a monthly allowance. Upgrading to Pro removes the limit permanently for as long as your subscription is active.
