Refund policy
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period if you cancel mid-cycle — your Pro access continues until the period ends.
Annual subscriptions
If you subscribed to the annual plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email hello@tuckhq.com from the email address on your Tuck account
- Include the subject line: Refund request
- We will process the refund within 5 business days
After 14 days from purchase, annual plan refunds are not available.
Exceptional circumstances
If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using Tuck, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
